One Week...

Just to preface this whole thing...I have decided to journal/blog the adventures of the JMU dancers in London to keep you all posted on classes, shows, and sites! What better way to let our family, friends, and fellow JMU dancers know what we are up to, right? Anyways.

In exactly one week the fabulous ladies from the JMU dance department and I will be boarding planes to Londontown! The anticipation is killing me. Seven days away from sipping tea with the Queen, swimming with the Olympiads, and most importantly romantic dates with Harry...jk, sorta. I just have to make it through three more horrible days of Maymester and a weekend saying goodbye to friends and family and I will be on my way! AH! On a more serious note the 13 of us are frantically packing and finishing up getting all of the serious business out of the way so the fun can begin! Our director, Shane, just sent us an updated schedule and I will share some of the highlights of our trip.

-Midnight showing of Henry V at the Globe Theatre!!!
-Ganesh vs. the Third Reich
-English National Ballet at St. Paul's Cathedral!!!!
-The Suit at the Young Vic Theatre
-Edge at The Place

Just to name a few...Not to mention all of the sites and classes we will be taking!
